By creating a GenForge AI account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or organisation per account.

Credits

Credits are a prepaid unit of usage, not currency. They are deducted per generation, are non-transferable, and failed generations are refunded automatically.

Acceptable use

Do not generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, targeted harassment, or deceptive impersonation of real people. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to bypass rate limits.

Your content

You own your prompts and the outputs you generate. You grant us the limited right to store and process them so the service can function.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". Third-party AI models may change, degrade or become temporarily unavailable.
