Refund policy

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits for that job are returned to your balance automatically. You can see every adjustment in your credit history.

Purchases

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits already spent on successful generations are non-refundable, because the compute has been consumed.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
